  1. Eat small meals for every 3 hours during the day. Taking 5 – 6 meals instead of 2 -3 meals.
  2. Taking food for every 3 hours will keep our metabolism continually running at a high rate and it helps burning fat quickly. There are no restrictions if you take food this way. You can take all types of food ex: Fried chicken, red meat, bacon, candy etc.
  3. Stick to 400 calories per meal. Never go more than four hours without eating.
  4. Do not skip breakfast and take it with in 30 min walking. Eggs are by far the best choice for breakfast.
  5. Try to avoid drinking sodas it contains only sugar. 10 teaspoons of sugar is 150 calorie. You can fix it with drinking a lot of pure water.
  6. Take big breakfast that’s high in protein and low in carbs. It helps losing weight in women.
  7. Taking good fat food is also important to body. Those are like almonds, olive oil, peanut butter, avocados and chocolate.
  8. Work outs also will help shaping up your body.

Follow all these rules you will definitely get flat belly in a month. Enjoy food and stay healthy.
